The goal of this project was to digitize the financing acquisition process through agreements on the Banco Galicia Companies website. We wanted that the 100% of the transactions were through the digital channel, so business customers no longer had to go to the bank to do this procedure.
Going through the entire user-centered design process, we begin by understanding the business behind the process, the clients and their entire context.
Later, the problem and the solution were defined, and after many iteration we designed a digital way that allowed companies to finance themselves with just three clicks.
